Team Filmwala Pictures are in China representing Pakistan at the ASIAN FILM & TV WEEK today at the opening of Asian Civilization Dialouge hosted by HE President of China Mr. Xi Jinping. The ceremony was also attended by HE President of Sri Lanka, HE King of Cambodia, HE President of Singapore, HE President of Greece, and Director General of UNESCO.
The Asian Film & TV Week, as part of the Conference on Dialogue of Asian Civilizations is currently being held from May 16th 2019 to May 23rd 2019 in China.
As part of the Asian Film & TV Week, a total of 60 selected Asian films from 30 Asian countries are being showcased in the cities of Beijing, Shanghai, Chengdu, Xi’an and Guangzhou.
Filmmakers from all Asian regions were spotted representing their country. Some of the stars spotted at the ASIAN FILM & TV WEEK included AAMIR KHAN FROM INDIA, MAJID MAJIDI FROM IRAN, FIZZA ALI MEERZA FROM PAKISTAN amongst many others.
Pakistani film Load Wedding is set to open the Asian Film & TV Week Festival in Guanghzou on 17th may 2019, and also screening in Beijing on 18th may 2019, among many other popular films from the region, including dangal, Childeren of Heaven & Taare Zameen Per.
