Yet another much awaited drama serial goes on air today, Baddua – featuring a star-studded cast with Amar Khan, Muneeb Butt, Mohsin Abbas, Maryam Noor and many others.
To sum up the episode 1, all we can say is that the serial is giving us Jalan vibes. Yes, the storyline resembles a bit to what we saw in drama serial Jalan.
We will have to wait for the upcoming episodes to see the twists and turns.
It is an iDreams Production, produced by Abdullah Seja, for ARY Digital. The drama is directed by Syed Ramish Rizvi, of Jhooti fame and has been penned down by Samina Ijaz.

In Baddua Muneeb plays a very loud character of a playboy who is very naughty and very mischievous.” The story has been written by Samina Ijaz, who has Yaariyan and Kaisa Hai Naseeban, to her credit and the way she has portrayed Muneeb’s characters in her previous drama, we’re sure Butt will be delivering a powerful performance in Baddua as well.
On the other hand Amar Khan plays a pivotal negative character in Baddua and her Chemistry with Muneeb looked amazing in Episode 1.
Amar is a powerhouse performer herself and her character in this drama is very strong. Her scenes in episode 1 looked much interesting. Moreover, it is right to say that Amar stole the show in Episode 1 of Baddua.
