News of this disastrous Rain that caused Urban Flooding in and around the areas of Bahria Town spread like wild fire with several videos and pictures which instantly went viral. As per reports heavy rain has also gripped Scheme 33, Saadi Town, Gulshan e Maymar, Malir, Korangi and Airport as well.
Some residents also appreciated the efforts of Bahria Town management and shared footages of the rain damages being cleared off within just 2 hours of the heavy downpour.

It is high time we note that climate change is going to be destructive for our region. Even the most developed infrastructure in Pakistan & one of the most developed in South Asia suffers from the wrath of severe rain.
