The plot highlights the story of a beautiful girl named Meherbano whose life becomes miserable after the sudden death of her young husband Umer. Meherbano, who was already the center of attention in every gathering and was given importance and praise over her sister in law Fareeha which had already filled her up with jealousy, especially after she was rejected Bilal who developed liking for Meherbano instead, Fareeha does everything in her capacity to accuse Meherbano of having an immoral character but all in vain. Fareeha who is engaged to Hasan since childhood, who is settled abroad and they haven’t seen each other in years. Fareeha decides to break her engagement since she never liked hasan but she is shocked to find out a completely groomed Hassan after his return. The actual drama in the play starts when Hassan develops a soft corner for the beautiful young widow in Fareeha’s house and both the mother and daughter decide to degrade her in his eyes.
