The League was aimed at bridging the gap between nations and countries as the players were from different nations, ethnic and religious backgrounds so it would promote diversity.
It would bring various cultures together, help create communal harmony of a sort beside providing a thrill and enjoyment to the spectators who were also from varied backgrounds, he added.
