Pakistani drama serial, Gul o Gulzar has attracted the attention of many from the audiences as well as the critics. The drama serial showcases the complex bond between two best friends, Gul and Gulzar, one of whom is shown to be an innocent, naïve girl while the other is a complete narcissist. The drama features Saboor Aly in an antagonistic role and she’s been doing an excellent job with it. However, her parents also get flattered by Gul’s rich husband and good fortune, and eventually out of greed they accept her marriage. Thus, a big hurdle is removed from Gul’s way, while she’s up to more of her evil trickery.
Gul’s best friend Gulzar remains blindfolded and doesn’t recognize the deceiving nature of her friend. After seeing Gul with her rich husband, Gulzar starts envying her and becomes ungrateful to her good marital life. As a consequence of this jealousy, she misbehaves with her caring husband and begins ruining her life. Gul also leaves no chance of manipulating Gulzar’s innocent mind, driving her to become a rebellion.
