Dollar rates 12th Nov 2021: The exchange rate of the Pakistan rupee weakened by Rs 1.54 against the US dollar in the interbank trading on Friday and closed at Rs175.72 as compared to the previous day’s closing of Rs174.18.
According to the Forex Association of Pakistan (FAP), the buying and selling rates of dollars in the open market were recorded at Rs177 and Rs 178.75 respectively.
Similarly, the price of the euro was appreciated by Rs 1.54 and closed at Rs201.24 against the last day’s trading of Rs 199.68, the State Bank of Pakistan reported.
The Japanese Yen gained one paisa to close at Rs 1.53, whereas an increase of Rs 2.19 was witnessed in the exchange rate of the British Pound, which was traded at Rs 235.20 as compared to its last closing of Rs233.01.
The exchange rates of Emirates Dirham and Saudi Riyal increased by 42 paisas each to close at Rs 47.84 and Rs 46.85 respectively.
