In Friday’s interbank trading, the Pakistani Rupee exhibited a gain of 07 paisa against the US Dollar, concluding at Rs279.59 compared to the previous day’s close of Rs279.66.
However, as reported by the Forex Association of Pakistan (FAP), the open market recorded buying and selling rates for the Dollar at Rs279.1 and Rs281.3 respectively.
Meanwhile, the Euro experienced a decrease of Rs 2.01, settling at Rs302.46 in contrast to the previous day’s closing figure of Rs304.47, according to the State Bank of Pakistan (SBP).
The Japanese Yen maintained its stability, closing at Rs1.89. Conversely, a decline of Rs1.20 was observed in the exchange rate of the British Pound, concluding at Rs354.62 compared to the last closing rate of Rs355.82.
