Dollar rates 7th April 2022: Exchange rate of Pak rupee weakened by Rs2.05 against the US dollar in the interbank trading on Thursday and closed at Rs188.17 against the previous day’s closing of Rs186.12.
According to the Forex Association of Pakistan (FAP), the buying and selling rates of dollar in the open market were recorded at Rs186.25 and Rs188 respectively.
Similarly, the price of the euro was appreciated by Rs2.37 and closed at Rs 205.11 against the previous day’s closing of Rs 202.76.
The Japanese Yen gained two paisas to close at Rs1.52, whereas an increase of Rs3.32 was witnessed in the exchange rate of British Pound, which was traded at Rs246.55 as compared to its last closing of Rs243.23.
The exchange rates of Emirates Dirham and Saudi Riyal increased by 56 paisas to close at Rs51.23 and Rs50.17 respectively.
