Every Pakistani now has a voice, Prime Minister Imran Khan launch Pakistan Citizen’s Portal, an online facilitation system to redress complaints of citizens and improve coordination among ministries and different tiers of governance.
Pakistan Citizen Portal is an integrated citizens grievance redressal system connecting all government organizations both at federal and provincial levels. The system will serve as a carrier of complaints to their respective offices across all over Pakistan. Eventually, the citizen feedback will be linked to an officer’s performance and promotion. The App will serve as a channel between citizen and government.

While addressing the launch ceremony, PM Imran Khan mentioned that ”this app will help the government improve its policy and also on the other hand combat corruption,with this i would know what is happening in the country and how my ministers are performing. Evaluation will now be much easier. All in all i would get to hear the people’s opinion and what they actually want so that we can serve the people at our best”.
