Exchange rates 9th May 2022: Exchange rate of Pak Rupee weakened by 90 paisas against the US Dollar in the interbank trading on Monday and closed at Rs 187.52 against the previous day’s closing of Rs 186.62.
According to the Forex Association of Pakistan (FAP), the buying and selling rates of dollar in the open market were recorded at Rs 187.5 and Rs 189 respectively.
The price of Euro appreciated by 99 paisas and closed at Rs 197.01 against the previous day’s closing of Rs 196.02.
The Japanese Yen lost one paisas to close at Rs 1.42, whereas an increase of Rs 0.37 was witnessed in the exchange rate of British Pound, which was traded at Rs 230.25 as compared to its last closing of Rs 229.88.
The exchange rates of Emirates Dirham and Saudi Riyal increased by 25 paisas to close at Rs 51.05 and Rs 49.99 respectively.
