Gwadar international airport is being built and will be completed by 2022 and it will be Pakistan largest airport with no doubt that the Greenfield airport will surely provide a picturesque viewpoint to all the passengers. It is situated 14 km north of the city.

This venture will be between Pakistan, Oman, and China. However the Gwadar airport will handle domestic and international flight operations.
Expected to be Completed Next year, The Airport will also be the biggest in Pakistan in comparison to other Airports such as Karachi Airport (3,700 acres), Islamabad International Airport (3,600 acres), Lahore Airport (2,800 acres), the Gwadar Airport will be Built on 4,300 Acres. In South Asia, India’s Indira Gandhi Delhi Airport secured the slot of South Asia’s Biggest airport with 5,100 acres of Land.
Pakistan Prime Minister Imran Khan Performed the Ground Breaking ceremony for NIGA on 29 March 2019. This Greenfield Airport will include a modern terminal building alongside a cargo terminal, with Refrigeration Facilities for Perishable items, with an initial handling capacity of 30,000 tonnes a year.
NGIA will be the 2nd Facility in Pakistan to cater to big Aircraft’s including the world’s largest Passenger Airliner, the Airbus A380.
