Huma Adnan proudly announced the opening of her bridal store on Thursday, 30th August 2018. The store opened its doors at Dolmen Mall Clifton, Karachi’s most popular mall. The newly designed store clearly communicates the essence of Huma Adnan’s brand and the clothes are a true reflection of her design sensibilities.
“I’m very excited about the launch of my bridal store which has been a labour of love for our brand and the design sensibility has always been traditional with a twist, bringing together lands, cultures and distant roots,” said Huma Adnan. “My ancestral hometown of Dheradun inspired me to make this collection which envelops the fabrics, textures and colors of the town. I believe in mixing traditions and cultures of the past with our present in order to represent our roots and to keep us grounded. My designs are for women on the go who are enlightened, accomplished and empowered. However, they need to relate to traditions when it comes to weddings.”
Everyone has a different process of designing, for her it starts with color. From vivid to subtle hues and traditional yet trendy designs, Huma Adnan’s collection has much to offer brides and those looking for wedding wear.
The exclusive store launch was an elegant affair with key influencers and socialites present, including celebrity superstar Hadiqa Kiani. Other familiar faces included Sarah Khan, Noor Khan, Misbah Mumtaz, Sabrina Furqan.
