Junaid Khan, Hira Mani and Zarnish Khan starrer, “Makafaat” is an upcoming Pakistani drama. It will air on Geo Entertainment and is being produced by the makers of “Wrong Number 2.” This Ahmad Kamran directorial was shot in Baku, hence the audience will see a lot of scenic beauty.

There arent many teasers released yet but from the first few teasers of it, Makafaat seems to be a story of a love triangle between the three leads of the show. Junaid Khan, himself announced the project after he was done with its filming. He explained why he has been absent for some time and introduced his latest venture aka Makafaat. He was also all praises for his co star Zarnish Khan.

Love triangles are a pretty easy storyline to sell for the producers these days. Every other show is somehow related to the same storyline. Throw in some hot and trending actors and you ‘ve got yourself a sure shot hit, hence it will be interesting to see if Makafaat does the same thing or does it have something unique to offer to the drama lovers.

The star cast of the show is exceptionally talented. We will get to see many reputable names like Zarnish Khan, Junaid Khan and Hira Mani. Zarnish Khan is a celebrated Pakistani actress who also went on to win Hum Tv’s award for Best TV Actress in soap category for the serial “Susral Mera.” Hira Mani is another critically acclaimed actress whose last show “Do Bol” was loved by masses. This will be Junaid Khan’s latest venture after a long break and it will be a treat to watch him in his element. He too has performed in some very famous dramas like Mata e Jaan hai tu, Madiha Maleeha, Firaq, Nikkah, and Ro Raha Hai Dil.
