The DNA of Kia’s lineup of cars has been its looks. This feature is still very much intact with the new Kia Stonic Ex version. The overall look is fairly muscular and squat, with a more car-like profile than many of its rivals. It features a ‘tiger nose’ grille and swept-back headlamps that are similar to those on the Kia Rio. The new Kia Stonic Ex is powered by a 1.4L MPI four-cylinder, petrol engine that is mated to a six-speed automatic transmission gearbox. On the go, the engine feels energetic and eager to be pushed with 13.6/4000 Torque and 1,368 displacements in CC. Kia Stonic Ex cruises comfortably at 240 KM top speed and pottering with 10.5 compression ratio. Moreover, the 45 L fuel tank capacity and 14 KM mileage within the city makes it a winner in our books.

The new Kia Stonic Ex puts it right where you need it while banishing any distractions. Bluetooth technology offers hands-free access to your phone using voice recognition, whilst the state-of-the-art information system with its floating color touch screen keeps you fully informed and entertained. The speedometer, tachometer and screen display auto, audio, navigation and parking information. An optional TFT-LCD screen offers multiple languages and pop-up messages. A USB outlet lets you charge mobile phones and other compatible devices. When you have the Smart Key with you, you can simply access your car and start the ignition with Smart key.

We love the new Kia Stonic Ex, it has just the right proportions of style, tech and pricing to seriously upset the car market. It is poised to take the fight to its competitors and if the pre-orders from dealers are anything to go by, the new Kia Stonic Ex will upset the applecart.
