Introduction Of The Characters:

As said that Mann e Iltija is revolving around 3 sisters but who caused them problems? Here is a short introduction to each character. The 3 sisters naming Hania, Maheen, and Hadia. Among all these 3 sisters; Hadia is the eldest, Maheen is younger, and the Hania is the youngest in all. These sisters have only one brother naming Faizan.

However, there a few of the most important mentions too. For instance, Sameena the mother of these 3 sisters. The husband of the eldest sister is Anayat, who will later marry another woman naming Kashaf. Moreover, Moeez is the cousin of those sisters and childhood fiance of Maheen.

Maheen’s Engagement In Danger:

Maheen is an ambitious and practical woman, she does not spare time for any other activity other than productive ones. Mann e Iltija portrays the problem of childhood marriage fixing because who knows how the person would turn out. Likewise happened with Maheen, she was engaged to Moeez who is a son of Maheen’s father’s sister.

However, because of Moeez’s short-tempered and mischievous nature, the family of Maheen refuses the proposal but the father of Maheen does not seem happy with the decision. In addition, the brother Faizan takes a stand in his sister’s favor but father lashes him. On the other hand, being mischievous Moeez says in an inappropriate manner he says he neither wants to get married. Also, Sameena doubts her daughter whether she is interested in someone else or not because she refuses to get married to her cousin.

Dramatic Marraige Of Hadia:

Superficially, it seems a happy marriage but deep inside there is a lot that is unveiled. Hadia loves Anayat and he loves her back. But sometimes, love is not enough. Also, Anayat met with a serious accident, and Hadia is taking care of him as an ideal loving wife. In Mann e Iltija Episode 2 you will see the mother-in-law of Hadia mixing some sort of powder in a glass of milk, luckily Hadia catches her red-handed and asks her what was she doing? On which she created a scene and ran away.

In another scene, her mother-in-law is seen creating a drama and taunts Hadia for being infertile. Infertility is the loop-hole in their marriage, which will cause a bigger problem later.

Hania’s Relationship:

Hania, the youngest sister among and the most ambitious one is in a relationship with a guy naming Ayaan. However, it is not a selfish relationship as her boyfriend Ayaan offers her to do court marriage because his father was forcing him to marry another girl. But a girl with divinity and pride says “If you could marry to me with pride then I’ll, but if not, then my love is not above my parent’s respect and dignity”. Certainly, Mann e Iltija shows the character of a strong girl.
