Meet Zara Naeem - Who made Pakistan proud by scoring highest marks in ACCA Exam

Meet Zara Naeem, the global prize winner in ACCA Financial Reporting exam. Student of SKANS School of Accountancy Lahore, she has scored the highest marks among all ACCA students in the FR exam in December 2020 exam session.

Zara credits this success to her father who’s always encouraged all the girls in the family to pursue their dreams and smash all artificial barriers.

I had never imagined scoring a global distinction, said Zara Naeem in an interview to ARY News, a Pakistani student who made the country proud by scoring the highest marks in an ACCA exam where over 527,000 students from 179 countries appeared.

Zara Naeem scored 96 percent in Financial Reporting, saying it has been her manner of preparing for exams that she never chases after marks but focuses on excelling in learning.

ZARA NAEEM graduated from The City School – RAVI CAMPUS A Level (Class of 2017) and has created history by creating a world record in the ACCA examination held in December 2020.

Zara Naeem, who hails from Lahore, Pakistan, has highlighted her country’s name by scoring the highest marks in the ACCA (Association of Chartered Certified Accountants) examination.

This exam is conducted in 179 countries around the world and Zara is a student of the Financial Reporting subject. The ACCA exam is recognized in more than 179 countries worldwide (ACCA Exam Topper).

More than 527,000 students participated in this examination held in December. Zara has achieved a new feat by scoring the highest marks in this exam.

Zara Naeem’s success has been praised and congratulated by the government of Pakistan for enlightening the name of the country. A tweet from the official Twitter account of the government of Pakistan said that ‘Pakistan is proud that Zara Naeem has been declared the highest number in ACCA’ global prize winner.

On the other hand, Federal Minister for Information and Broadcasting Shibli Faraz also tweeted that Zara Naeem Dar has become the pride of the nation by topping the ACA exams around the world.Zara Naeem said, ‘My father is a role model for me, I saw him achieve success in the army, impressed by which I tried to follow his footsteps.

‘On choosing ACCA Zara Naeem said it was my natural choice, most of the military families move to another place after a few years so I always knew I needed an education that elsewhere globally Let’s goShe said she wanted to end the assumption that finance and accountancy is for men.
