The Cabinet Division of Pakistan has officially released the complete list of public holidays for the year 2025, providing citizens with the opportunity to plan their year ahead. - 6th September: Eid-ul-Fitr (Third day)
- 1st October: Eid-ul-Adha (First day)
- 2nd October: Eid-ul-Adha (Second day)
- 9th November: Iqbal Day
- 25th December: Christmas Day
These holidays encompass a diverse range of occasions, including national holidays like Pakistan Day, Independence Day, and Iqbal Day, as well as major religious festivals such as Eid-ul-Fitr, Eid-ul-Adha, and Christmas.
In addition to the public holidays, optional holidays will also be observed for various minority festivals, providing more flexibility for citizens to take time off based on their religious observances.
