HUMTV drama serial Parizaad captured the nation’s attention for its main leads kindness and humility but also the storyline and set Parizaad house which has become talk of the town.

The eponymous main character’s house in the show was one of the most fascinating things in the drama and now you can own it if you have a spare Rs.600 million lying in your pocket. The drama is coming to an end soon but that doesn’t mean people’s love for Parizaad will die out anytime soon.
From the interior to the exterior, the house was nicely filmed. The house was generously utilized for all of the main characters’ and sequences.
Usman Zafar Cheema’s lavish farmhouse is on a 10-kanal or 6,000 square-yard plot. As per reports Usman Zafar Cheema owned the house in Parizaad, as well as all of the cars and Range Rovers that were used in the drama. The total built up area of the house is 38,000 square feet and it’s located in Islamabad’s Gulberg Greens, which is a part of Gulberg composed of farmhouses on four, five and 10 kanal plots. The house is fully furnished with appliances and air conditioners.
However, if one wishes to purchase the house unfurnished, the price can be lowered to Rs575 million.

Parizaad is a Pakistani television series based on the novel of the same name by Hashim Nadeem, directed by Shahzad Kashmiri and produced by Momina Duraid Productions of Hum TV.
In May 2021, it was announced that Nadeem’s novel Parizaad would have a television adaptation. The initial teasers for the series were released in June 2021, with Ahmed Ali Akbar, being revealed as the titular hero. On July 20, 2021, the first episode was aired, which generally received positive reviews. The series stars Yumna Zaidi, Ushna Shah, Saboor Aly, Urwa Hocane and Mashal Khan in prominent roles.
The series is among the most popular dramas in Pakistan, and is considered a classic. It has one of the highest television ratings in the country, going up to 10.2 TRPs in December 2021.
