PINE Global and Beti collaborate to promote women entrepreneurship

PINE Global and Beti signed a MoU in Lahore to advance women entrepreneurship on 16th of August 2021. Founder PINE Global, Eram Masood and Founder Beti, Ramma Cheema were signatories. According to the MoU, PINE Global and Beti agree to make efforts for the development of Women Economic Empowerment by imparting entrepreneurial and Financial Inclusion skills through interactive training workshops facilitated through trainers and mentors. 

The primary purpose of this MoU is to lay down the understanding of making collaborative efforts for workforce development in Punjab and Baluchistan. PINE Global works in collaboration with The Women Economic Entrepreneurship Training (WEET),  a program that is developed on the entrepreneurial policy toolkit guidelines prepared by the Commonwealth social enterprise policy. 

People’s Incubation New Enterprise (PINE Global) focuses on empowering startups and entrepreneurs alike by providing guidance, training, mentorship, and connections for their business excellence. Beti is a social impact enterprise that works towards social and economic elevation and inclusivity of the girl child and woman as integral stakeholders in Pakistan. 

WEET is a project which is initiated by The Commonwealth Social Policy Development – Youth. This program was launched on 2nd June 2021 headed by Uroosa Ali. So far 200+ female entrepreneurship/ startups has been trained.
