Ever since the promos were out, Adnan Siddiqui’s Ghughi became the talk of telly town. Ghughi started with a fresh face Amar Khan in the lead with Adnan himself, the story is about doves ‘Ghughi’, the story which is dedicated to all the doves who were destroyed in the wars and the conflicts and the catastrophe seen over the years. Women have been the target of the worst atrocities Whether they have been dishonoured as the spoils of war or ravaged to the avenge defeat. The cruel exploitation and the abuse of women have continued through the ages and still carries on today.

Inayat Bibi, the character gives a kick-start to the story with her powerful argument with the Hindu men who tried to hinder her way and later ridiculed the sect she belongs, however taking charge of the scene Inayat Bibi returned with a hefty stance and returned to the field with a heavy heart. The disrespect of ladies and sects were there and the contrasting identities were unwilling to accept each other’s presence. However, as a viewer, we are waiting for Ghughi to reveal the glimpses of the vibrant culture of the subcontinent.
The fear and terror continued when Inayat Bibi returned home with the disturbing memories which will last throughout her life. Her brother was forced to suicide against his sister’s morality.
