The most awaited drama serial of Sonya Hussain, Saraab is finally out. It is a love story but that too with a tint of Schizophrenia. Because here in this drama Sonya Hussian’s character is of a schizophrenic patient. However, if one does not what Schizophrenia is? Here is a depicted sketch of it. Schizophrenia is a serious mental disorder in which people interpret reality abnormally. Schizophrenia may result in some combination of hallucinations, delusions, and extremely disordered thinking and behavior that impairs daily functioning, and can be disabling. Hoorain’s Morning:
Being a schizophrenic patient she dreams a lot and all of a sudden when she did not find a thing in her book, she got disturbed by it. However, she got perplexed then left the book and starts getting ready.
Asfand And Hoorain:
Asfand and Hoorain both are cousins by blood. So, they share a lot of things but do not like each other. Also, Asfand does not know about the schizophrenic nature of her. He thinks that Hoorain loves him, she surely does but her mental illness may cause some problems.
Love Bond Of Asfand and Hoorain:
While expressing love to each other, Asfand asks Hoorain to express herself. He further said that she should express herself so that people can understand her well. On the other hand, Hoorain’s father caught her talking on the phone.
Plot Twist:
Hoorain’s father caught her on phone but later he told his wife that something is wrong with Hoorain. Because our phone is not working, it is dead for so long then how come was she talking on the phone?
Namal Feels For Asfand:
Yet another twist is that Namal, the sister of Hoorain also likes Asfand. She has seen many times looking at him and getting overwhelmed by his appearance.
Sufiyaan’s Marriage:
Elder sister of Hoorain is married and due to infertility, she has to face a lot from her mother-in-law. However, she (mother-in-law) thinks that Sufiyaan should get married so that she could see her grandsons. Also, Sufiyaan wishes to marry Hoorain.
Hoorain Is Afraid Of Asfand:
When both of them had a long deep talk, Asfand expresses his love for her, and all of a sudden she started crying. Later at the moment, he asked with whom is she afraid? She said that “She is afraid of him”
Hoorain’s Imagination:
In her imagination, she talks to Asfand all that she wants too. Likewise, this time she told Asfand all about the proposal. This is all that she could not say in front of him.

Spectacular Performances:
Without a doubt, the couple of Soniya Hussain and Sami Khan has always been a great hit, and this time they are seen in a new avatar. Soniya Hussain as Hoorain has pulled off her character so well that one could not decide if she is dreaming or is it for real. However, we must forget the tremendous acting skills of Sami Khan as Asfand. He never fails to amaze the audience and neither did this time. Also, the other characters did so well too, and contributed to making Saraab Episode 1 a worthwhile to watch.
Keynotes of Saraab:
It is one of a kind drama serial and too that with a unique storyline. At the very beginning, it showed that this drama will not be a regular home politics, love story, or anything in general. It highlights one of the sensitive points which might people overlook. However, the plot has been portrayed so well which can be seen by Saraab Episode 1 too.
