Abdul Samad received diploma in Fashion Designing and Merchandising from the International Fine Arts College, Miami (Florida) in 1995. His passion for designing dates back to the early 90’s when, he along with his Brother opened a Men’s clothing store called Circle. The store stocked foreign Brands along with Samad’s own creations from the work of Gucci, Versace and Armani.
Abdul Samad credits his days in Miami as exposing him to the limelight of the fashion industry on an international level. Though a student at the ramp, he got to chance to work as an intern at Tommy Hilfiger, Oscar de la Renta and Saks Fifth Avenue.
After returning from the USA, he Launched his own Lebel in 1999 and went from simple designing shirts for men to a diverse range of men’s clothing, encompassing Eastern and Western Wear. He recently designed clothes for Shahzad Roy, Rahat Fateh Ali Khan, Shafqat Amanat Ali Khan, Raga Boyz and Fakhir at the Geo Dhoom Festival in London. He also designed the wardrobe for all participants at the Indus Icon Awards that year and won a Special Recognition Award for his efforts.
Other achievements include designing the convocation gowns for Baqai Medical University and a nomination for the Indus Style Award in May 2005.
In 2011 he made the outfits for all Celebrities who performed at a grand musical gathering held at Wembley Arena in London.

In future, Samad’s plans to expand his business by opening up more outlets in Karachi and diversify his business by venturing into Women’s wear.
