Coca Cola comes up with an amazing TVC with an upbeat jingle that you would want to keep on repeat. Amazing remix of this old song greatly done by Coca Cola. If this is what we call the teaser to Coke Studio 2020, we can expect some mind blowing stuff coming our way in the upcoming season. As per rumors circulating Shani Arshad is working on Coke Studio Season 13 and promo will be released soon. Coke Studio fans are anxiously waiting for this season hopefully expecting new singers and different sounds.
Coke and Music TVC 2020 ”Neray Aah”
This campaign also sparked a little controversy and a few days back Overload band lead Farhad Humayun took it to the press claiming a copyright over the jingle ‘Neray Aa’ used in this AD. While the song was originally written by Rukhsana Noor and commissioned by Syed Noor for the 1999 film Choorian, Humayun remixed it in 2011 with Overload.
Farhad shared in a social media post ”Letter dated 5th Oct 2011 grants permission and Rights to Farhad Humayun by Mr. Syed Noor to use the song “Neray Aah” from his film “Choorian” for new artistic expression including but not limited to re-mixing, re-arranging, re-recording, release and performance”
No matter what, we loved the AD and so hatss off to the brand for turning this Foreign Ad into a local super hit song and executing it brilliantly.
All in all This is the best ad of Coca Cola so far and we can’t wait for full version of this TVC.
