As per news reports circulating all over social media two Indian fighter Jets were shot down by Pakistan this morning for violating airspace & one Indian pilot was also arrested by Pakistani troops as per reports. As per sources one Jet fell in Azad Jammu & Kashmir, whereas the second one fell in Indian occupied Kashmir.
The director general (DG) of Inter-Services Public Relations (ISPR), Maj Gen Asif Ghafoor confirmed the same in a Tweet that stated:-
”In response to PAF strikes this morning as released by MoFA, IAF crossed LOC. PAF shot down two Indian aircrafts inside Pakistani airspace. One of the aircraft fell inside AJ&K while other fell inside IOK. One Indian pilot arrested by troops on ground while two in the area.”
