Vidya Balan offered role of Benazir Bhutto in Biopic … As per reports versatile Bollywood actress Vidya Balan has been offered to play the role of the slain former Prime Minister Benazir Bhutto.
While no official statement has been issued by the actor as yet,the Bollywood film would be the first attempt to portray the life of Benazir who became the first female Muslim Prime Minister after she became the Prime Minister in 1988 following the death of former President General Ziaul Haq.
Vidya Balan best known for her critically acclaimed films Dirty Picture and Dedh Ishqia is currently working on her upcoming film Hamari Adhuri Kahani and has also been approached to play late Indian actor Suchitra Sen.
