8th March marked as the International Women’s Day is being celebrated all across the Globe, probably in few years it will soon be celebrated on Mars if “we women” tend to take over the world’s population beyond earth!
#choosetochallenge# the theme is a self-phrase, a statement that its what we as women need to challenge within and around. Understanding the fact, that how we can up lift women around us viz morally and emotionally in and out professionally and professionally is the power women have.
Speaking on the auspicious day women of substance Erum Masood (Founder PINE – People’s Incubation New Enterprise ) said:-
I can only speak for myself and as a woman of many titles, the most I enjoy being called is “Mentor” it just lifts my morale both the first letter “M” is also how we spell Mother. For more than two decades I have managed to improvise my own virtue of being a woman and that is my biggest strength.
I am not here to please everyone, however most of the time I am happy for what I do and what I can do rather than what I could have done. We as women need to understand that the word defining a woman simply as “strong” is just not sufficient, we are more than that. How we fit this word in the worldly blanks is an open option, so make sure the correct word is selected, mother, wife, sister, daughter and above all a friend.
I am woman and that is more than enough to say and to empower myself. Today I choose to challenge only those who “call to celebrate” the womanhood.
