Ahad Raza Mir and Sajal Ali starrer “Yeh Dil Mera” just premiered and we see a lot of promise. The drama serial seems to be an interesting new addition to the growing pakistani drama industry. This is the first time that the love birds Ahad and Sajal are starring in a drama after their engagement. We were mesmerized by their onscreen presence.
Yeh Dil Mera seems to be the start of a promising thriller. The drama serial is written by Farhat Ishtiaq who always surprises us with her storytelling. The first episode was really engaging and well-executed. The story is gripping so far.
Yeh Dil Mera Episode 1 In Review
Yeh Dil Mera, starts with a dramatic and suspenseful shot. Someone seems to be running away while holding a child. The identity of the child isn’t released yet but the director made the scene really spooky which completely matches the show’s main theme.
The story revolves around Amaan and Noor. Noor played by Sajal Aly is a lively young girl who is utterly pampered by her father. She is shown as a happy to go kid who enjoys life and has seen hardly any difficulties but the producers made sure that the audience is always on the edge of their seats. Noor has another personality too. She seems to be scared of something as if she has lived a completely different life! (ooooo….sinister)
Amaan, on the other hand, is a handsome devil. He is a business typhoon. He is well established and has a grip on life, not many have at his age but we see a glimpse of darkness in his character too when towards the end of the episode his expressions change while playing the piano. (spooked yet?) We are! And now throw Noor’s overprotective father in the mix and you get a concoction you wouldn’t want to miss.
